Aura Free AI & Wellness Interactive Web Tools 2026
The Aura Tools hub is a set of browser utilities that work without an account, a download or a payment. There are eight: a 66-day habit streak and compound-growth calculator, a breathwork timer with a visual pacing circle for 4-7-8 and box breathing, AURA Reflex, a reaction time test and reflex trainer with F1 start lights, pop-up targets and a go/no-go drill, a BMR and macro calculator using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, a sleep-cycle calculator built on 90-minute cycles with sleep latency included, a daily water-intake calculator, a Pomodoro timer, and an AI reflection-prompt generator for when a blank journal page is the obstacle. Each one is a complete answer to a single question rather than a teaser for the app: the calculator gives you the number, the timer runs the session, and nothing is held back behind a sign-up wall. If you do want to keep the result, one tap carries a calculated routine or macro target into the free Aura app, but that step is entirely optional and the tools work identically without it.
Why use Aura Free Web Tools
Every tool runs in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop. There is no registration wall and no trial that expires.
The macro calculator uses Mifflin-St Jeor, the sleep calculator uses 90-minute cycles plus a 14-minute latency allowance, and the streak calculator is built on habit-automaticity research rather than the 21-day myth.
The breathwork timer paces your breathing with a visual circle, the Pomodoro timer runs the sprints, and the calculators respond as you move the inputs.
Save a calculated routine or a macro target straight into the free Aura app if you want to keep it — or use the tool and close the tab.
How to use the Aura free tools
- 1
Pick a tool
Choose from the habit streak calculator, breathwork timer, BMR and macro calculator, sleep calculator, water intake calculator, Pomodoro timer or AI journal prompts.
- 2
Enter your inputs
Adjust the sliders and body metrics, or pick an emotional category for the prompt generator. Nothing is stored unless you choose to save it.
- 3
Read the result
Each tool returns a complete answer — macro targets, bedtimes by cycle count, a hydration figure, a streak projection — with the reasoning shown alongside.
- 4
Save it if useful
Optionally send the routine or targets into the free Aura app to track them daily, or simply note the number and move on.
Frequently asked questions
Are the tools completely free?
Yes. All eight run in any browser with no registration, no payment and no usage limit.
Do I need to install an app?
No. They run directly in the browser on mobile, tablet and desktop. Aura itself is a Progressive Web App, so even the full app installs from the browser rather than an app store.
How accurate is the BMR and macro calculator?
It uses Mifflin-St Jeor, the equation generally regarded as the most accurate standard formula for basal metabolic rate. Like every population formula it carries an individual error margin of roughly 10 percent, which is why calibrating against two weeks of real weight data matters.
Can I move a calculated routine into the app?
Yes. Saving a routine opens the free Aura onboarding with your habits already configured, so you do not have to re-enter them.
Is any of my input stored?
Not unless you choose to save it into the app. The calculators run in your browser and nothing is written to an account you have not created.
Which tool should I start with?
The one that answers a question you already have. The sleep and macro calculators give the most concrete numbers; the breathwork and Pomodoro timers are the ones you use repeatedly rather than once.
