Access to AURA is permitted exclusively to individuals aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Service.

AURA provides motivational coaching, nutritional planning (via Dr. Diet dietitian section), and physical activity monitoring powered by Artificial Intelligence algorithms. IMPORTANT: AURA IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE, NOR A PSYCHOTHERAPY OR CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS SERVICE. Guidance from our AI Coach and responses generated by Gemini AI do not replace professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider. The user assumes sole responsibility for all physical and mental health decisions.

Registration via Google Firebase Auth is required for most features. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. AURA disclaims all liability for any loss or unauthorized access resulting from user negligence in protecting their account.

AURA includes a gamified ecosystem based on virtual points and tokens (AuraCoins and AURI). (a) AuraCoins and AURI are purely virtual currencies, limited to use within the AURA application. They have no real-world monetary value, do not constitute financial instruments or cryptocurrencies, and cannot be traded, sold, or converted outside the application. (b) Tournaments (Aura Surge, live Poker, etc.) and virtual wagering mechanics (Aura Crash, Aura Nexus) are recreational, purely simulated entertainment activities. The user is solely responsible for managing their in-app points.

Premium subscriptions and virtual AURI purchases via real currency are processed securely through Stripe. Under European Union consumer protection laws, users have a right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the transaction, provided they have not extensively used the Premium services. Refunds beyond this window or for simulated wagers and in-app losses are not granted. Inquiries should be sent to support@useaura.it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of uninterrupted operation or lack of bugs. AURA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of the app, network issues, device hardware failures, or losses related to simulated in-app gaming mechanics.

Any disputes regarding the interpretation, validity, and execution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws in force in the service provider's country of residence. The exclusive jurisdiction for resolving disputes shall be the courts of the platform provider, without prejudice to consumer protection laws in their country of residence.
