Bug Hunters and New Ideas
Found a bug in AURA? Have an idea that would make the app better? Tell us: if it helps, we pay you. Rewards range from 100,000 to 5,000,000 AuraCoins, and the most valuable contributions also earn months of Premium.
No contest, no deadline: every report is read and judged individually by the team. All you need is an AURA account, so we know who to credit.
What the AURA Bug Bounty is
It is the official channel where AURA users report problems and propose new features in exchange for an AuraCoins reward. A bug is something that does not work as it should: a button that does nothing, wrong data, a screen that freezes, a coin balance that does not add up. An idea is something that does not exist yet and that you would like to use.
It covers both the website and the installed app, in all 13 languages and on any device. The more precise and reproducible your report, the higher the reward tier it can reach.
What you can earn
The tier is decided by the team after verifying the report. The amounts are fixed and public: they are the same values the server pays from.
Reported bugs
Critical
5,000,000 AuraCoins+ 12 months Premium
Data or coin loss, security flaw, access to another user data, wrong payment, app unusable for everyone.
High
1,000,000 AuraCoins+ 3 months Premium
An important feature does not work at all, or works incorrectly for many users, with no workaround.
Medium
300,000 AuraCoins
Annoying but avoidable malfunction, data displayed incorrectly, an error that only shows up in specific conditions.
Low
100,000 AuraCoins
Visual glitch, wrong or untranslated text, broken alignment, a detail that blocks nothing.
New ideas
Implemented
5,000,000 AuraCoins+ 12 months Premium
Your idea gets built and shipped in AURA. The top reward of the programme.
Accepted
2,000,000 AuraCoins+ 3 months Premium
The idea officially enters the roadmap and will be developed.
Shortlisted
500,000 AuraCoins
A valid, original idea kept under consideration for a future release.
Useful
100,000 AuraCoins
A sensible suggestion that improves something existing, even a small one.
Rewards are credited only after a manual review. A rejected report pays nothing, but it never takes anything away from you.
How to take part
- 1
Sign in to your account
A free AURA account is required: it is the only way to know who should receive the AuraCoins and Premium.
- 2
Write what you found
Pick bug or idea, give it a clear title and explain the details. For a bug, say where it happens and how to make it happen again.
- 3
The team reviews it
Every report is read by hand. We reproduce the bug or assess the idea and assign a reward tier.
- 4
Get your reward
AuraCoins and any Premium months are credited to your account, and you get a notification.
Rules
- One report per problem. Sending the same thing five times counts as one.
- First reporter wins: a bug we already know about, or already reported by someone else, is not paid twice.
- Only describe what you observed using AURA normally. Do not attack the infrastructure, do not try to read other users data, do not run load tests.
- If you find a security issue, report it here and do not publish it anywhere else until it is fixed. Those are the highest paid reports.
- Maximum 3 submissions per day and 5 open reports per user, to keep the queue readable.

How much is a report worth?
From 100,000 AuraCoins for a minor defect up to 5,000,000 for a critical bug or an idea that actually gets built. High severity bugs and accepted ideas also get 3 months of Premium; the top tier gets 12.
Who can take part?
Any registered AURA user, from any country and in any of the 13 supported languages. The page is readable by everyone, but submitting requires signing in because the reward has to land on an account.
How long does a reply take?
Reports are reviewed manually by the team, usually within a few days. You get a notification when the reward is credited.
What if the bug is already known?
It is closed without a reward, but you lose nothing: no AuraCoins are ever taken away for a rejected report.
Can I suggest an idea that is not a bug?
Yes, that is the other half of the programme. New features, games, integrations, improvements to what already exists: if it is original and useful, it gets rewarded.
