What do people who actively track their habits really do? These are anonymous, aggregated numbers from AURA users over the last 7 days — recomputed every day. Free to quote, cite or screenshot: a link back to this page is all we ask.

Why this page is empty right now

The index only publishes once at least 50 active users fall inside the 7-day window, so that no individual can be re-identified from a "global" number. The next aggregation runs tonight at 02:00 Europe/Rome. Methodology below stays valid either way.

Methodology

Figures are computed once a day (02:00 Europe/Rome) over a rolling 7-day window from in-app habit check-ins, mood logs and journal entries. Only users with at least one logged action in that window count as active. Nothing here is per-user: every number is an aggregate, any bucket with fewer than 50 samples is withheld, and no free-text content is ever included. Timestamps are UTC. This is observational product data from a self-selected user base, not a controlled study — treat it as such.
