AURA Community Day — Monthly Event With 5 Activities, Badges and Community Summary
AURA Community Day is a monthly event inside the Aura app where new and existing users complete five small wellness activities together: a mood check-in, one habit, one feature discovery, an answer to the community question, and the daily challenge. Progress is verified automatically and tracked as 0 to 5, with a participation badge at 3 of 5 and a completion reward plus a limited monthly badge at 5 of 5. Newcomers get a shorter First Community Day track — mood, habit, one discovery — so the first days in the app have a guided path instead of an empty map. After each edition Aura publishes an anonymized summary of how many took part and what the community logged together.

Every edition rotates themes — Healthy Habits, Sleep and Recovery, Mental Wellness, Gratitude, Newcomer, International — and closes with an anonymized community summary. The format repeats, the content never does.

Open the Community Day card
Find the card on your dashboard during the event month or open the Community Day page. You will see the 5 activities, your progress, the live community totals and the monthly question.

Complete the activities
Log your mood, complete any habit, open a featured feature, answer the Orbit question and finish the daily challenge. Habits and answers detect automatically; mood, challenge and discovery verify with one tap.

Claim your rewards
One button collects everything earned: 50 AuraCoins per activity, 300 for the 3-of-5 badge, 800 plus the limited monthly badge at 5 of 5. All verified server-side in a single claim.

Read the community summary
After the edition closes, the public summary shows how many participated and what was logged together — anonymized totals only, never personal data.

Is Community Day free?
Yes. All five activities use the normal free features, and claiming rewards costs nothing.
What is the First Community Day track?

Do I need to finish all 5 activities?
No. Each activity pays individually, the badge unlocks at 3 of 5, and only the completion reward needs 5 of 5. Partial months still pay.

How is the community question answered?
The monthly question is posted on Orbit with a dedicated hashtag. Answers are comments — which already earn the standard Orbit comment reward — and likes rank the best ones.
What happens to past editions?
Each edition is archived once with its totals and contributors, and the public summary stays on the Community Day page as the event history.
