Car Racing — qualify, then watch the weekend race on 15 world-famous tracks

Aura Car Racing is a weekly race weekend where the cars users spot in real life become playable race entries on 15 legendary circuits, from Monza to the Nordschleife. Timed qualifying laps (50,000 AuraCoins each) set the grid; once a track has at least two qualified cars, a deterministic 6-lap RACE simulates the whole field together — overtakes, driver mistakes, mechanical DNFs and purple sectors — replayed as a live multi-car pit-wall broadcast. Results are split by rarity category, Common through Hypercar, so a Legendary garage and a Common garage each get their own podium and prize share; a thin category simply cascades up into the next tier rather than racing alone, and grids are topped up with unowned wildcard cars from the Car Spotting market (never for money, just for a fuller field) when real entries fall short. Each category podium (P1/P2/P3) splits its share of the pot 60/20/10, with a confetti ceremony at the flag. A lone qualifier on a quiet track simply rolls into next week's race at no extra cost.

Why use Car Racing

15 Legendary Tracks

Monza, Spa, the Nordschleife, Monaco, Le Mans, Suzuka, Bathurst and more — each with its own layout, weather and character.

Your Real Cars Race

Lap times are simulated from the actual specs of the cars in your Car Spotting garage: horsepower, 0-100 acceleration and category.

Category Podiums

Results split by rarity tier (Common to Hypercar) — each category gets its own 3-car podium sharing 60/20/10 of that tier's pot, weighted so rarer tiers earn more.

Live Multi-Car Broadcast

Watch the whole grid battle lap by lap: overtakes, mechanical DNFs, radio call-outs and a confetti podium ceremony at the checkered flag.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a Car Racing lap cost in Aura?

Each timed qualifying lap costs a flat 50,000 AuraCoins per car per track per week; you can enter multiple cars on the same track by paying the fee for each one.

How are Car Racing lap times calculated?

Lap times are computed server-side by a deterministic simulation that uses the real horsepower, 0-100 acceleration and category of your spotted car, combined with track characteristics, weekly weather and random race events such as traffic, driver mistakes and purple sectors.

How does the weekend race and category podiums work in Aura Car Racing?

Once at least two cars have qualified on a track that week, the next weekly settle simulates a full 6-lap race with the whole qualified grid, split into podiums by rarity category (Common to Hypercar): each category's top 3 real finishers split that category's share of the pot 60%/20%/10%, weighted so higher rarities earn a bigger share, with the remainder retained as a platform fee. A thin category cascades up into the next tier, and grids can be topped up with non-paying wildcard cars from the Car Spotting market when real entries fall short. If only one real car has qualified overall, the race is skipped and the entry rolls into the following week at no extra cost.

Do I need cars in my garage to play Car Racing?

Yes, you can only enter cars that are already sitting in your Car Spotting garage; cars you do not own cannot race. If your garage is empty or missing the car you want, scan it in real life with the AI scanner or buy it instantly on the Car Spotting marketplace, then come back and enter it on any track.

Which tracks are available in Aura Car Racing?

Fifteen world-famous circuits are available at launch: Monza, Spa-Francorchamps, the Nürburgring Nordschleife, Silverstone, Suzuka, Monaco, Le Mans, Laguna Seca, Interlagos, Daytona, Imola, Mugello, Bathurst, Zandvoort and COTA.
