AURA AI Account Deletion

You can request the permanent deletion of your AURA AI account and its associated data at any time.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the AURA AI app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll down to "Delete Account" and tap the button.
  4. Confirm: the account is deleted instantly, no waiting period.

Data deleted immediately

Profile (email, display name, avatar), habits, journal entries and audio, mood tracker, preferences, achievements, AuraCoins balance, and your sign-in account (Firebase Auth) are permanently and irreversibly removed.

Data retained for legal reasons

Financial transaction records (Stripe payments, Exchange trades, mining withdrawals) are retained for up to 10 years as required by Italian tax law (Art. 2220 Codice Civile), de-linked from your profile once the account is deleted.

Can't access the app?

Send the request from the form at useaura.it/contact, picking the "Delete my account" topic and including the email address you signed up with — we process the request within 30 days.
