You can request the permanent deletion of your AURA AI account and its associated data at any time.
Profile (email, display name, avatar), habits, journal entries and audio, mood tracker, preferences, achievements, AuraCoins balance, and your sign-in account (Firebase Auth) are permanently and irreversibly removed.
Financial transaction records (Stripe payments, Exchange trades, mining withdrawals) are retained for up to 10 years as required by Italian tax law (Art. 2220 Codice Civile), de-linked from your profile once the account is deleted.
In the AURA Coach app: menu → Settings → "Delete account", then confirm. It is the same AURA account: deletion is immediate.
Deleted: teams and rosters (nicknames, birth year, measurements, notes), practices, plans, attendance, matches and scouting, athlete tests, your drill library, your coach profile and nutrition reports. Drills you had shared with everyone are withdrawn and remain only, without your name, in other coaches' practices that already used them.
Coach Pass, club licences and Google Play purchases are kept as payment records under the same accounting rules (up to 10 years), unlinked from your profile.
In the AURA Here app: at the bottom of the main screen tap "Delete account" and confirm. It is the same AURA account: deletion is immediate. To remove only AURA Here and keep the account: "Turn off AURA Here and delete its data".
Deleted: AURA Here settings and state, your phone's signs of life, last position, emergency packet, Guardians and people you watch over (who are notified), invites and alerts.
In the AURA Galaxy Rush app: tap the gear at the top right of the menu, open Settings, choose "Delete my whole account", type DELETE and confirm. Deletion is immediate. It is the same AURA account. To remove only the game data and keep the account: Settings → "Delete Galaxy Rush data".
Deleted: pilot, ranks and XP, missions, achievements, sector records, season points, rows on the daily and season leaderboards, best-run replays, pending continues, owned skins and "Remove ads". In daily results already archived your name becomes "Deleted pilot".
Kept: Google Play purchases stay as payment records for up to 10 years as tax law requires, unlinked from the profile. The advertising ID used by AdMob is managed by Google: you can reset or delete it in Android settings.
Without closing your account, in AURA Coach you can: delete a team (with its roster, practices and matches) from the team's edit page; delete your drills from the Library; withdraw a shared drill; remove a staff member. For any other data, write to us from useaura.it/contact: we reply within 30 days.
Can't access the app?
Send the request from the form at useaura.it/contact, picking the "Delete my account" topic and including the email address you signed up with — we process the request within 30 days.
